1. Assist the chefs in food preparation.
2. Measure and mix ingredients using scales and measuring cups.
3. Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors when supplies need to be reordered.
4. Unpack and store stock in freezers, cabinets, and other storage areas.
5. Provide support in cold cooking, baking, hot cooking, butchery, and breakfast preparation.
6. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
7. Be in good physical shape and able to lift heavy objects.
8. Cook pasta, prepare sandwiches, deliver food services, grill proteins, stew, and bake.
9. Implement different kitchen and work services autonomously while under the supervision of the chefs.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
